For Pop Pop

Grandpa Gentry was so excited to get Staley a shirt from his favorite golf course. This post is for you... that 2T shirt must have been sized incorrectly because it fits quiet well (that or we have a really big kid).

Crawling Everywhere

Staley is into everything. Here's a picture of him crawling and pulling up all over the place.

Wow! 8 Months

Staley was SO excited about turning 8 months old today that he decided 4am was a good time to get up and tell us about it. Thank god for coffee.
He's also growth spurting again. This morning's breakfast:
1. French Toast
2. Peach Rice Pudding
4. Yogurt
5. Milk

This kid is going to be a linebacker!

Farewell to the Stegers

The Stegers got an offer to move home to DC that they couldn't resist. Staley is sad to see a friend as cute as Regan move away but hopes to meet up again before being suite mates at UVA. Here are some pictures from our dinner on Saturday night - Staley even wore his black shirt in honor of Mr. Carl.

Learning to Share

Staley is now the oldest in his daycare class. Sometimes this means that he's a little more aggressive when it comes to getting what he wants. I got this series of pictures today. Looks like Dad's going to have to have another conversation with him tonight.

Happy Birthday Queen B

We spent Saturday on the Farm in Oak Ridge. Grandma spent her birthday carting Staley around and relaxing out on the porch. Happy Birthday Queen B!

Jeapers

Staley and Dylan had a great time at the pool today. They are showing off thier new tans in thier jeapers (jean diapers). Ha!

Breakfast

Staley's being exposed to alot of new foods lately. I'm not sure that wearing it is what the doctor had in mind.

Girlfriend

Mr. and Mrs. Grebow has us over to thier house on Sunday for some playtime and dinner. Kiera wanted to help me feed Staley. Aren't they cute together.

Pooltime at the Grandparents House

It was a HOT 4th of July weekend. We spent a lot of time at the pool. So much time that Staley fell asleep in the pool and took a 2 hour nap in the shade. Being a baby has it's perks!

Arrive in Style

Dr. Jackson gave Staley a clean bill of health just in time for the holiday weekend. Staley decided to celebrate by getting dressed up. Don't you love his loafers?

Friday before a Holiday

Staley's taking off a little early from school today to go see Dr. Jackson and discuss tubes. Since it's not a visit that requires a shot - he's excited about seeing his favorite pediatrician. He's also excited to see Marlon every morning. Here's a picture I took right after I dropped him off.
